The Zebra ZXP 7 produces high-quality images at high speeds with a low cost of ownership, making it an ideal print engine for high-volume applications. Offering near built-in Ethernet connectivity, easy-to-load ribbons, a Kensington lock slot and UV printing, customization of user privileges, and a variety of encoding and lamination options, the ZXP Series 7 ID card printer is scalable for virtually any secure card printing system.

    Whether you’re a novice or an expert, you are sure to find the ZXP Series 7 printer to be user-friendly. It uses Zebra’s easy-to-load supplies and features an LCD display to guide you through the printing process. Plus, it accepts cards from 10-50 mil thick and automatically detects and adjusts to varying card thicknesses.

• • High speed printing capabilities
    The Zebra ZXP Series 7 is built for high speed printing and is capable of printing up to 300 full-color (or 1,375 monochrome) single-sided cards per hour! It uses Zebra ix Series ribbons, which were created to support this fast print speed. To collect your unprinted and printed cards, the ZXP Series 7 has a 200-card input feeder, a 15-card reject hopper, and a 100-card output hopper. Plus, single cards can be created on-the-fly with the single-card feeder.

• • Built-in Ethernet connectivity
    Operate your card printing program safely and seamlessly over your local-area network with built-in Ethernet connectivity. Additionally, the ZXP Series 7 is fitted with standard USB 2.0 connectivity.

• • Added security features
    The Zebra ZXP 7 is equipped with physical locking mechanisms to deter unauthorized users. The ZXP Toolbox provides control of the printer, driver, and software, including the ability to assign access privileges for users to further protect the integrity of your card printing application. The ZXP 7 includes a Kensington physical lock to secure the printer to its station, and is equipped for secure UV printing.

• • Optional dual-sided printing
    Dual-sided printing doubles the print area on your ID cards for company logo, photo ID, additional cardholder information, visual security features, and more. The ZXP 7 is available with your choice of single-sided or dual-sided printing, and Zebra’s Duo-Print Upgrade Kit can be ordered post-printer purchase for single-sided card printers in need of an upgrade.

• • Optional Wi-Fi
    Add Wi-Fi connectivity to your Zebra ZXP Series 7 card printer to wirelessly connect computers to a wireless network. This is an excellent option for offices requiring multi-station printing access where Ethernet connectivity will not suffice. Every Wi-Fi enabled ZXP 7 printer ships with an antenna.

• • Optional lamination
    Protect printed credentials from counterfeiting or unauthorized duplication with optional single-sided or dual-sided lamination. Apply a clear or holographic laminate to your ID cards and simultaneously increase your card’s life, durability, and tamper resistance. Note: Lamination is not available for the Zebra ZXP Series 7 single-sided printer, only for dual-sided versions.

    Add your choice of encoding module to add access control, tracking time and attendance, and more to your printing application! Select from magnetic encoding (AAMVA and ISO 7811), combined contact and contactless smart card encoding (MIFARE ISO 14443 and ISO 7816), ISO 7816 contact station for a third-party smart card encoder, or EPCglobal Gen 2 UHF RFID encoding.

• • Optional enclosure lock + card feeder
    This optional locking mechanism includes a card feeder cartridge and protects both printer and media from unauthorized use. With this feature, only authorized users will be able to access cards and media from your ZXP 7 card printer.
